Why Aya Voice
Community voices become interactive learning experiences.
Knowledgeable participants receive concrete, culturally relevant prompts to contribute stories, dialogue, proverbs, pronunciation examples, and other useful audio. These contributions become interactive listening and speaking activities for diaspora learners.
Each community can define how users contribute and interact with material and how language and cultural variations are preserved, instead of being forced into one standardized course structure.
Connect · Preserve · Learn together
Connecting generations through voice.
Aya Voice strives to preserve spoken languages and cultural knowledge while helping diaspora members learn from people who actively practice their culture.
